1. Acceptance
By using this site or the Tuned Hours YouTube channel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. The Service
Tuned Hours produces AI-generated background music ("Mixes") published on YouTube and other platforms. All compositions are original, created with AI tools. We do not sample copyrighted recordings.
3. Personal Use License
When you stream our Mixes via YouTube or other platforms, you receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial listening. You may not re-upload, modify, or commercially distribute our content without a sync license.
4. Sync Licensing (Commercial Use)
For commercial use (videos, podcasts, ads, presentations), a separate sync license agreement is required. Submitting the inquiry form does not grant a license. Email license@tunedhours.com.
5. Intellectual Property
All site content, Mixes, artwork, and the "Tuned Hours" name and logo are owned by Tuned Hours.
6. AI-Generated Music Disclosure
All Mixes are AI-generated, not performed or composed by human artists. Compositions are original outputs used under the commercial licenses of the AI providers.
7. Disclaimer
The site and Mixes are provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or fitness for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
